How to Make Reservations on EverythingOnline Website
Step 1: Access the Reservation Section 0:12
- Navigate to the sidebar on the EverythingOnline website.
- Click on the 'Reservation' option.
Step 2: Make a Reservation for an Existing Guest 0:24
- Search for the existing guest you want to make a reservation for.
- Select the property type (e.g., 'bowler diamond').
- Choose the check-in date (e.g., 4th of March) and check-out date (e.g., 5th of March).
- Confirm the reservation by checking the reservation list.
Step 3: Make a Reservation for a New Guest 1:19
- Go back to the sidebar and click on 'Quick Reservation'.
- Select 'New' to enter the guest details.
- Choose the property and unit for the new guest.
- Select the check-in and check-out dates.
Step 4: Confirm or Cancel the Reservation 2:30
- After making the reservation, you can either confirm or cancel it.
- To confirm, click on the reservation and select 'Confirm'.
- To cancel, select the reservation and provide a reason for cancellation.
Step 5: Verify the Reservation Status 3:21
- Check the calendar to see if the reservation is displayed.
- If cancelled, verify that the reservation no longer appears on the calendar.
